Experiencing the Museum Of Ice Cream in San Francisco

I'm so happy that I had the chance to go to the Museum of Ice Cream while it was in town! It was a great experience and I'm so excited I remembered to document it (mostly). I went to the museum in San Francisco in Union Square, where it has become a permanent location.

We first entered into the building and you stand in line. When it is your scheduled time, they take you back behind a curtain, where they explain a little of what we are going to see next. Then, you go down a slide and enter into the interactive museum. While I won't explain in detail exactly what each room has as to not ruin the experience you all may have when you go to the museum yourselves, I will give my review of it and some of my favorite parts.

Spoiler alert: you do get some snacks on the way! We had an ice cream sandwich (with pink ice cream), passion fruit cotton candy, cookies and ice cream that looked like fries and ketchup, and different colored fortune cookies and candies.

The colors are so pretty throughout the Museum. It is an amazing interactive experience. You travel through different rooms which have different themes. All the themes are to entice your senses whether it be through taste, sight, smell, or touch.

One of my favorite parts of this museum was the Sprinkle pool. It was a lot of fun playing in the pool. There is a slide which you can come down as well. It is also a beautiful place to take pictures.

I would definitely recommend that you add the Museum of Ice Cream to your list if you are in town where it currently is.
