Top 10 Things to Eat in Walt Disney World

Updated: Mar 19, 2019

One of the amazing things about Walt Disney World is the different food you can get! A lot of the areas have different foods related to the themes. This blog post will contain some of the different food and drinks you can get around the parks.

I haven't tried everything in the parks, but I have posted what I have tried.

I have to say this is one of my favorite drinks in Magic Kingdom. This is the Wonderland Slush available at the Cheshire Café. It is located in Fantasyland, Magic Kingdom near the Mad Tea Party. It is a mix of Minute Maid Raspberry Lemonade and Fanta Grape with a Strawberry hard candy straw. It's perfect for a hot day! My cozy is from LNRCrochetDesigns on Etsy. I have bought a lot of cozies from her as gifts and they are great! You can check out her instagram for when her store is open on Etsy.

Also available at the Cheshire Café is the Cheshire Cat Tail. It is a braided pastry with a chocolate filling with pink and purple icing to resemble the Cheshire Cat. It is also topped with chocolate chips. I loved it! It is not too sweet and goes great with the Wonderland Slush. The pastry is flaky and a perfect sweet snack to have while you are at the park!

Another great snack to have in Magic Kingdom is the Loaded Buffalo Chicken Tots at the Friar's Nook. They are a great snack to have when going around the park.

Also available at the Friar's Nook is Fried Twinkies. You can choose to get Vanilla, Strawberry, Caramel or Chocolate sauce.

A Coke float is a great drink/snack to have, especially during the Summer! I get mine from the Sunshine Tree Terrace. You can also get it at Storybook Treats. Its refreshing to have on a hot day (or if you're like me and love ice cream in the winter, on a cold day!).

While in Disney, you have to eat as many different Mickey shaped foods that you can! My favorites are the Mickey pretzels. You can get the Mickey pretzel in all of the parks. The pretzels also come with cheese sauce (not pictured).

You can also get a cream cheese filled pretzel at Hollywood Studios. It is available at certain snack carts around Hollywood Studios.

Another favorite of my favorite Mickey snacks is the Mickey Ice Cream Sandwich. It is available at all of the parks as well as in Disney Springs. It is the perfect snack for all ages! This is a snack that I have been having since I was a kid and would go to Disney. It is a classic snack and is one to definitely have when you're at the park!

One of the things I like to do before the park is decide which park I am going to and look at the menus for the places to eat in the park. I like to get stuff which are special to the parks.

The Night Blossom Slush is available at Pongu Pongu at Pandora- the World of Avatar in the Animal Kingdom. It is layers of Apple Limeade and Desert Pear Limeade topped with Passion Fruit Boba Balls. I generally love drinks like this, but this was a little too sweet for me. I could not finish it.

Lastly, I had to add the Chocolate Macaron Ice Cream Sandwich from L'Artisan des Glaces in France, at the World Showcase in Epcot. I love macaron ice cream, and this definitely one of the best ones I have had.

Throughout the parks, there are so many good places to eat that have unique dishes related to the themes within the parks. The best way to know what you want to eat and where it is at is to do your research before you go to the parks and narrow down the type of food you want to try. I usually avoid the main lunch times because it gets extremely crowded. Disney is the most magical place to eat!
