Finally, Fall is here! It is so nice to see the weather changing and becoming cooler. I love Fall trends and love what I am seeing in style for this season! It is the perfect season to start wearing some darker colors and darker prints.Here are some of my favorite styles for Fall and Winter of this year.
1. Houndstooth
We have been seeing a lot of houndstooth looks this season, especially with the Chanel show. It goes great with a solid colors especially if you are wearing neutral houndstooth prints.
2. Pearl
The pearl trend is going strong into the fall/winter season! Hoops, headbands or barrettes are the way to go to add a feminine touch to your look. My favorite for these are NeverNotRetro on Etsy.
3. Velvet
I think velvet is a great look for the colder months. It has such an elegant look to it. You can add touches of velvet by adding velvet accessories like a bag or headband, or have a velvet outfit like a top, skirt or dress. Zara has some great options for some cute velvet tops, dresses and hair accessories.

4. Snakeskin
This is going to be a big trend for this season. The big item is going to snakeskin boots. They are everywhere right now! For some affordable styles, Steve Madden has some great variety for snakeskin boots right now, and for designer, Saint Laurent, Stuart Weitzman and Manolo Blahnik have some snakeskin boots.

5. Camel/Tan
This color is the perfect color of the season! Its great because it goes with everything! I think a beautiful camel colored coat would be perfect for any outfit. Zara and Express has many options for different items in camel color, whether it be a coat, top or dress.
